清润缘起 与 设计背景

Origin of Tsinghua and Design Background

       随着吉林省长春市净月区周边生活功能的逐步完整,与长期居住工作市民的持续移入,对于高品质基础教育学习空间的需求也持续扩大;座落于生态广场旁的清润未来中学及小学,预定在住宅小区、研究机关、都市绿带及新兴轻工业园区之间,适时适地的为周边居民提供一个36班的小学,及一个24班中学的综合教育学习园地。

       With the gradual completion of living functions around the Jingyue area and the continuous influx of city residents with long-term residency and work, the demand for high-quality basic education and learning spaces has also continued to increase. The Tsinghua Primary And Secondary School is situated by the Ecological Plaza, Changchun, Jilin. When the time and place are right, it plans to provide peripheral residents with comprehensive educational learning areas at a 36-class primary school and a 24-class junior-high school amid the residential communities, research institutions, urban green belts, and the emerging light industrial park.

       作为华润教育计画发起的「未来学校」系列的一环,本规划结合华润置地长年在地区的丰富建设经验、与清华附中的办学安排与课程指导,共同为莘莘学子打造一个建立多元资质能力、面对未来的校园学习空间。配合兩校的筹办与工程的施作,中学部作为首期的校区,初始建设。

       In continuation to being a part of the “future school” series initiated by the CRC Educational Plan in recent years, combining the CR LAND’s years of extensive construction experience in the region and the school arrangements and course guidance of Tsinghua University High School, this plan is intended to create a campus learning space with multiple qualifications and capabilities to prepare students for the future. In conjunction with the school preparation and project implementation, the high school building serves as the first phase of the initial campus construction.

Center Values & Base Characteristics

       有幸于多方资源的参与,设计初始,各方团队即建立了本校的规划核心价值:同时体现华润企业对于人本创新及高品质的追求、清华精神一贯的的科学为本实事求是的办学态度、学校多元教学特色效率运作空间需求,及满足对应基地环境特色与都市涵构的四个核心价值下,呈现清润未来中学小学。

       Owing to the input of multiple resources, the teams from all sides established the school’s planning center values during the initial design. At the same time, the Tsinghua Primary and Secondary School is presented as a realization of the four center values, namely, CRC’s (China Resources Enterprise, limited) pursuit of humanistic innovation and superb quality, Tsinghua’s adhering to the spirit of science-based attitude of truth seeking from facts, demand for the school’s diverse teaching characteristics and efficient operating spaces and meeting corresponding base environment characteristics and urban context.

       中、小学两校地相隔约700公尺,就近邻接80米南四环路及城市绿带,交通建设完整通行便捷。基地设计面临较大的挑战,是在限制相对严格的基地面积条件,和东北地区冬季严寒阳光珍贵的气候下,尽量争取平衡教学环境的日照条件,且不造成周边邻地社区的阻挡和干扰。

       The primary school building and secondary school building are about 700 meters apart, which are adjacent to the 80M South 4thRing Road and the urban green belt, with complete and convenient transportation. The more challenging part of the base design is the relatively stricter restrictions on base area conditions. In the northeastern region where winters are harsh and sunshine is precious, it tries to balance the sunshine conditions in the teaching environment, without causing obstructions and interference on the neighboring communities.

空间功能 与 组织架构

Spatial Functions and Organizational Structure

       完整组织的空间架构,是一所学校提供多元学习场所,并同时效率运作的基本策略。设计团队针对学校师生学习、活动、生活、管理的功能与需求,将各空间的使用属性,整理为普通教室群、专用教室群、体育生活区,及行政管理区等四大类别;并在组织、归纳、整理、补充之后,细分为10项的特色团组。

       The spatial structuring of a complete organization is a basic strategy for a school to provide a venue for diverse learning and operate efficiently. Targeting school teacher and student learning, activities, living and management function and needs, the design team has sorted the attributes of the spaces into four categories: regular classrooms, specialized classrooms, sports living area and administration offices area. After organization, summarization, compilation and supplementation, they are sub-divided into 10 specialty groups.

       而藉由连续性的室内及半室外公共活动空间,在各特色团组亲疏关系互动合理的布置下,将校园结合成一个高效运作,又同时流动连结的整体建筑架构。

       Through the continuous indoor and semi-outdoor public activity space and with the arrangement of reasonable interactions among the specialty groups that vary in the degree of closeness, the campus has been integrated into an overall building structure with high efficiency, fluidity and connectedness.

适地配置 与 动静量体 

Location-based Configuration and Movement Building Mass

       鉴于基地西南侧紧邻着高层住宅大楼,校地因此分为阳光明亮区域,和相对低日照的范围。我们将学生最长时间停留的普通教室群,面南的配置于日照充足、遮挡最少的基地东南侧;而将动态活泼的运动生活及大操场团组,对向配置于基地宽阔的西北侧;不同年级学子共用的综合教学空间,则座落于可及性最高、动静之间的中央区域,亦做为整体校舍间的室内联系。

       As the southwest side of the base is adjacent to a high-rise residential building, the school site consists of brightly-lit sunny areas and relatively low sunlight areas. For the regular classrooms facing the south where students spend the most time, it is configured on the southeast side of the base with sufficient sunshine and the least shade; for the sports living and the large playground groups that are dynamic and lively, it is configured opposite the spacious northwest side of the base; for the comprehensive teaching space shared by students of different grades, it is situated in the central area with the highest accessibility and movements. It is also used for internal contact for the whole school.

       校园的行政管理办公空间,设置于便于接待及安全管控的临街入口位置;主要停车空间利用操场看台下的附属空间设置规划;学生及教职宿舍,则略微与校舍主体分离的设置于城市绿带旁。

       The Administration and Teacher’s Offices are located at the entrance that is convenient for reception and safety control. The main parking space is planned to be set up in the ancillary space under the playground deck. The Students’ and Staffs’ Dormitory is set up beside the urban green belt that is slightly separated from the school body.

       以适应基地特性的方式配置校舍,保证了主要教学空间的日照采光,也适度区隔校园内活动的静态与动态范围;藉由建筑量体在基地上的划分,同时定义了室外庭园广场的空间功能。

       School buildings are configured utilizing adapting to the base characteristics. This ensures the sunshine and lighting in the main teaching space and moderately segments the static and dynamic scope of campus activities.

多元资质 与 特色发展

Multiple Qualifications and Characteristic Developments

       基础教育中,培养多元资质的均衡发展,是让学子面对未来万千世界挑战的重要准备。清润未来中学规划,将各式教学空间,依教室特性及使用行为分类组团,凝聚区分为基础普通教室、科学探索创新群、图书媒体语言群、音乐舞蹈表演群、体育竞赛运动群 等教学特色团组;除了提供满足国家基础课程的安排需求外,也让学子得以多方向探索自己的兴趣与未来志向。

       In basic education, the cultivation of balanced multiple qualifications development is vital in preparing students for the future world of challenges. Tsinghua Secondary School’s planning involves categorizing and grouping various teaching spaces based on classroom characteristics and behaviors of use, which are cohesively distinguished into regular classrooms, scientific exploration and innovation groups, library media and language groups, dancing and music performance groups, physical education and competitive sports groups and other teaching characteristic groups. In addition to catering to the arrangement needs of national basic courses, students will be able to engage in a multi-directional exploration of their interests and future aspirations.

       学生由校门前接送集散礼仪广场进入校舍大门,经过室内挑高的核心公共多功能阶梯空间,拾階而上到達各自的教室。环绕著绿荫中庭的,是阳光充足的普通教室及静态的科学生物物理化学教室;而邻接著核心中庭阶梯空间的,是半动态的图书资讯中心、劳动技术教室,和过渡到餐厅和室内体育馆的公共回廊。

       Students enter the campus gate through the pickup and drop-off etiquette plaza in front of the school gate. They pass through the elevated core public multi-functional stair indoor space. They take the stairs to reach their classrooms. Surrounding the green atrium are regular classrooms and static scientific biology, physics, and chemistry classrooms with sufficient sunlight. Adjacent to the core atrium stair space is the semi-dynamic Library Information Center, the Labor Technology Classroom, and the public corridor connecting the restaurant to the indoor gymnasium.

       在校园安全管理的規劃上, 行政辦公中心独立设置接待大厅,併同校警室座落于便于四方掌握狀況的校门主入口旁;班级导师办公室在邻近普通教室群设置联合办公空间,就近照护学生各项辅导需求;亦便于不同班级教师间的教学资讯共享讨论。

       In terms of campus safety planning, the Administration and Teachers’ Offices are independently set up in the Reception Hall. They, along with the school security office, are located by the main school entrance to conveniently monitor situations from all around. The Teachers’ Office has set a joint office space nearby the regular classrooms to take care of the students’ various counseling needs without having to go far and for teachers from different grades to jointly discuss teaching information.

自强不息 与 厚德载物

Unremitting Self-improvement Efforts and Self-discipline with Responsibilities

       清润未来中学建筑外观,由清华校训包含的天、地,和其内含的精神语汇出发;并借《周礼春官》的『以苍璧礼天、以黄琮礼地』作为延续。建筑用连续性带状圆角的天顶蓬檐,意象苍璧绵延的天圆概念;并以白、浅灰白色,表面略具纹路的材质,对应学子养成自强不息的期许与质感。

       The appearance of the Tsinghua Primary And Secondary School building is conceptualized from Tsinghua’s school motto: heaven, earth, and the intrinsic spirit. Also, it is a continuation of the “gift the heaven with raw jade and the earth with jade Cong (ritual jades)” in “The Rites of Zhou- Officers of Chun.” The building has a zenith canopy with continuous filet designs to symbolize the concept of endless and rounded heaven like raw jade. White and light gray white materials with slightly textured surfaces are used to correspond to the students’ expectations for unremitting self-improvement and its texture.

       而天顶檐篷包围内的建筑主体,用方正、厚实、深开口的基座量体,意象黄琮稳定的方正大地形象;以水平纹路、朴素的深浅灰色材质,对应君子内敛厚德载物的校风。

       The body of the building surrounded by the zenith canopy has a building mass with a square, thick and deep-opening base. It symbolizes the square land imagery of jade Cong (ritual jades) with stability. The dark and light gray material with level and simple lines correspond to the school spirit of “the virtuous is self-effacing and can bear the utmost.”

Summary

       清润未来中学规划,结合华润集团对品质的坚持、清华大学实事求是、科学探索、自强厚德的传承精神、学校空间多元资质教育的理念方针,及对应基地环境特性的综合策略下规划;并一贯整合各项师生使用空间需求与建筑特色。

       The planning of the Tsinghua Primary and Secondary School is in conjunction with CRLAND’s persistence for quality, Tsinghua University’s academic concepts of truth-seeking from facts, scientific exploration, and self-reliance, the school’s multiple qualification education policy space and comprehensive strategies corresponding to the environmental characteristics of the base. In addition, the various space needs of teachers and students and building characteristics have also been integrated using the five concepts.

环形跑道大操场

/ Campus Main Playground

       让长春的学子在适情适地的阳光校园中学习、在多元资质发展的空间中成长、在安全照护辅导的环境中探索、在动静开合的室外大地上跳跃活动、在舒适永续的建筑环境中,建立自强不息与厚德载物的人生观。

       The students of Changchun will be able to rightly learn on the sunny campus, grow in the diverse qualification development space, explore the environment with safe care and counseling, bounce, and engage in activities outdoors with endless movements. In a comfortable and sustainable environment, the outlooks of unremitting self-improvement efforts and bearing the utmost can in turn be created.
